Pugsgiving: Playdate + Happy Hour | Squishy Pup Meetup | Nov. 8th 2025
You’re invited to our next Squishy Pup Meetup on Saturday, November 8th!
Get ready for an afternoon filled with wagging tails, fun surprises, and sweet pug love.
We’ll kick things off with a play date at Poinsettia Dog Park, the perfect spot to let those squishy faces run wild. Then we’ll wrap up the fun with a pug-friendly happy hour at Karl Strauss, just a quick drive away!
Poinsettia Dog Park Play Date (4:00-4:45 PM): This free meetup is open to all small friendly dogs under 35lbs (must qualify to be in the small dog play pen) and pups have the option to be off leash.
Karl Strauss Carlsbad Happy Hour (5:00 PM): All friendly dogs and people welcome! RSVP’s are appreciated. No pug required. We’ll have the entire back patio this time around. The reservation is under Christine’s name.

Tricks For Treats: Playdate + Happy Hour | Squishy Pup Meetup | Oct. 2025
You're invited to join us for our next Squishy Pup Meetup on Saturday October 18th! We’ll have fun surprises and giveaways as we celebrate our sweet pugs. We're mixing it up this time and hosting a two part meetup. We'll kick off with a park play date at Poinsettia Dog Park to use up all that squishy energy followed by a happy hour at Karl Strauss which is just a few minutes drive from the park. Costumes are optional but encouraged.
Park Play Date (4:00-4:45PM): This free meetup is open to all small friendly dogs under 35lbs (must qualify to be in the small dog play pen) and pups have the option to be off leash.
Happy Hour (5:00PM): All friendly dogs welcome!
